We want you to be happy, PERIOD. We are happy to work with our customers for the exchange or return of unused products within 90 days, in their original packaging (we apologize but holiday stockings, personalized items & bottles excluded). Please call us Toll Free at 1-877-363-4801 to notify us of the return prior to sending. Original incurred and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If you choose to exchange the item, we are happy to ship you the new product FREE of charge. We do not accept returns for items which didn't arrive in your desired timeframe, unless you upgraded to a guaranteed delivery method.
Due to our ever expanding collection of products and our desire to be eco-conscious, we do not currently have a printed catalog. We encourage you to subscribe to our GREEN CLUB and receive email updates about new products as a green alternative.

We offer FREE shipping on EVERY product, EVERY day (within the U.S.). Please see SHIPPING PAGE for more details.
Most of our products are shipped via the US Postal Service, with lighting items shipped via UPS or FedEx, with tracking information available.
Most orders are shipped out the same day. Lighting items may take up to 48 hours to process through the warehouse. Overnight delivery orders must be placed weekdays by 3 pm to be shipped the same day, please call us at 1-877-363-4801 first for to ensure product availability for overnight shipping. Custom items and holiday stockings may take up to 48 hrs for creation before shipment.
If delivery is needed by a certain date, please notify us in the comments section of the shopping cart checkout process and we will work with you to ensure delivery on time per your needs.
Only those having orders shipped within the State of Wisconsin will be charged the standard 5.1% sales tax levy.

In the rare case an item has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to allow us to best service you with a replacement.
