How can I place an order?

We have a very user-friendly and secure website at www.brightandbold.com that is open 24/7 to take your order. If you prefer, you can also call us toll free at 1-877-363-4801 and we would be happy to take your order or answer any questions.

What are your customer service hours?

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, and will strive to resolve issues to your satisfaction...please call us 7 days a week.

Is your shopping cart secure?

Yes! We have a 100% secure shopping cart with industry-leading 128-bit SSL encryption to ensure that your complete security and privacy is protected. You can view this security by looking at the url at the top of the page in checkout to see that the "http:" changes to read "https:"... this shows you have entered a secure area of the website.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover or PayPal.

Do you have a printed catalog?

Not at this time, due to our ever-expanding collection of products. We strive to keep our product line fresh with new items added weekly.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE ground shipping on EVERY product, EVERY day. Ground shipping typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive.

What if I need it quicker?

We also offer both Priority (2-3 business days) and Overnight delivery options for an extra charge. Please see chart of applicable costs on Shipping Costs page of website for exact rates calculated based on your order total.

What shipping carrier/s do you utilize?

Most of our products are shipped via the US Postal Service, with lighting items shipped via UPS or FedEx, with tracking information provided.

Can I order if I don't live within the continental United States?

Yes! We would love to assist you with your order. The Shipping chart page applies only to purchases made within the Continental US, however customers from Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada can calculate their shipping cost by adding the item to their shopping cart and entering the checkout process. Several other countries are also available within the checkout area. Once address information is input, a shipping charge will appear specific to your location.

When will my order be shipped out?

Most orders are shipped out the same day. Orders placed on Sundays and holidays are shipped out the next business day. Lighting products usually take 48 hours to process through the warehouse.

If delivery is needed by a certain date, please notify us in the comments section of the shopping cart checkout process and we will work with you to ensure delivery on time per your needs.

Will I be charged Sales Tax?

Only those having orders shipped within the State of Wisconsin will be charged the standard 5.1% sales tax levy.

What is your Customer Satisfaction record?

Can I return or exchange an item?

Although return requests are rare, we are happy to work with our customers to allow for the exchange or return of unused products in their original packaging. Please call us toll free to notify us of the return prior to sending. Original incurred and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and restocking fees may be charged. Please note that all bottles and personalized items are nonreturnable and nonexchangeable.

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the rare case an item has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to allow us to best service you with a replacement.

Can you handle bulk or corporate orders?

Yes! In fact, we have many satisfied corporate clients we have assisted in meeting their product needs; ranging from furniture for trade show booths, special event decor, clientele and employee gifts, as well as everyday products for use in their businesses. We understand corporate clients need bulk products to meet their timeframes and budgets, and we work with you from start to finish.
