2 Tspn Sugar
1/4 Tspn Garlic
1/4 Tspn Onion
1/4 Tspn Paprika
1/2 Tspn Lemon Juice
1/2 Tspn Pepper
1 Tblspn Basil
2 Tblspns Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Add all ingredients together in bowl and mix well. Cover chicken breasts or whole chicken with prepared rub. Bake as you normally would (350 degrees uncovered for 1-2 hours for whole or cutup chicken or 45 minutes for chicken breasts).
