We offer FREE USPS shipping for all orders within the US (Hawaii & Alaska included).
How long will it take to get my order?
RUSH Shipping Method is sent via USPS Priority shipping, typically taking 2-3 business days (may be longer during holiday periods). USPS 1st Class/Ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days to arrive. Keep in mind that USPS does not offer guarantees on ground or priority shipping, so we cannot guarantee specific delivery timeframes to our customers with those methods.
What if I need it quicker?
We offer optional delivery upgrades to RUSH or OVERNIGHT (24 hr delivery on weekdays before 3 pm to most zip codes) for a charge. RUSH upgrade costs $6 flat and is NOT a guaranteed timeframe method (lighting products excluded, please call for quote). OVERNIGHT upgrade costs can be found by entering your zip code on shopping cart page and selecting one of the overnight methods.
Can I really get it in my hands tomorrow?
With most items in stock, we can work with you to get it in your hands tomorrow via overnight shipping via UPS or USPS (on weekdays before 3 pm to most zip codes). Please call us toll free at 1-877-363-4801 and we would be happy to tell you if your item is in stock and what overnight and expedite shipping costs will apply. If you need your item by a particular date, please call us and we will recommend the best shipping method to guarantee your order arrives in time.
What shipping carrier/s do you utilize?
Most of our products are shipped via USPS, however larger items may be shipped via UPS or FedEx, with tracking information available.
Can I order if I don't live within the United States?
We would love to assist you with your order if you live in Canada, however we regret that we cannot ship to any other international countries at this time. Canadian customers can calculate their shipping cost by adding the item to their shopping cart and entering the checkout process. Be sure to select INTERNATIONAL as your shipping option. Once address information is input, a shipping charge will appear specific to your location. We can only guarantee shipments in countries in which the US Postal Service offers postal insurance and guarantees to the shipper.
When will my order be shipped out?
Most orders are shipped out the same business day for orders placed by 3 pm CST. Lighting products and custom products may take 24-48 hours to process through the warehouse before shipment.
Can I have it shipped to my work address?
You can have it ship to a work address, however if the USPS confirms delivery to that address and you do not receive it, we are not responsible for the lost package. You accept responsibility by shipping to that address that you will handle getting the package from the point it is delivered to the business mailroom. Any lost or damaged packages beyond that point will not be covered as we have no further control once the delivery service deems it has been delivered.
